When you browse
Our hosting service, Hostinger, processes ordinary web-request information such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information to deliver and protect the site. Hosting access and security logs may retain that information under the hosting service’s settings and policies. The public website does not install advertising pixels or website analytics trackers. Fonts and website images are served from this site.
Appointment bookings
Booking is provided by Calendly. The calendar is displayed automatically on the Contact page, and opens directly when you choose Book a Discovery Call elsewhere on the site. Loading it sends browser and connection information to Calendly and may involve its cookies. Calendly’s cookie controls remain available within the calendar. If you complete a booking, the details you enter, such as your name, email, chosen time and any answers, are handled by Calendly and shared with the appointment host so the team can arrange and respond to your meeting. You can also contact the office by phone or email. A link that opens Calendly directly takes you to an external website with its own privacy practices. Please do not put account numbers, medical details or confidential documents into booking notes.
Calendly and cookies
Calendly and your browser provide controls for Calendly’s cookies. Closing the booking window does not delete information already shared with Calendly or clear cookies set on another domain. Read our cookies information for more details.
Contacting the office
If you call or email the office, the information you choose to provide will be received through the relevant telephone or email service and used to respond to your request. Ordinary email is not a secure document-upload channel. Ask the team for an appropriate way to share sensitive information.
Private Contract Analyzer test
The access-code-protected test is intended only for fictional or fully anonymized English Ontario dental associate agreements. Remove names, signatures, addresses and other identifying or confidential details before using it. PDF or text content is extracted in your browser; the extracted text and selected profile answers are sent to the website’s server and the configured AI provider to generate a review. The currently configured provider is DeepSeek. Hosting and provider processing may take place outside Canada.
The application does not save contract text or generated reports as stored documents. It does keep security and usage-control records, including access-code identifiers, timestamps, reserved usage and hashed request or connection identifiers. The browser uses an essential login-session cookie for the test. Hosting logs and AI-provider handling are separate from the application’s document storage; this website does not promise that third-party processing has no retention. External services and questions
External services apply their own privacy practices and may process information in other countries. If you want to ask about access, correction, withdrawal of a choice, deletion or a privacy concern relating to this website, contact the office using the details above. The team can identify the applicable records and service-provider process. No specific deletion deadline or retention period is promised by this website notice.
